I do not sell hours. With modern tooling and AI, an hourly rate says very little about value. You pay for the result, and you know the price before I start.

FAQ
Questions you would ask anyway
How many tasks are included in a plan?
There is no task counter. The rule is one active task at a time: you set the priorities and I work through them in order. Critical bugs are handled out of turn.
How long does an upgrade or a Hyvä migration take?
It depends on the store: the number of customisations, the modules, the state of the code. It can be a month or it can be a year. I give a realistic estimate after the audit, not a guess before it.
What if you get sick or go on holiday?
I am a person, not an agency with an “uninterrupted process”, so the rules are simple and known upfront. A short absence of a couple of days does not affect your plan: tasks shift, critical issues still get closed. I announce holidays in advance and that time is not billed. If something urgent happens while I am away, I either handle it myself or bring in a colleague I trust. Responsibility for the result stays with me, and the guarantee applies as usual.
Do you still work with Magento 1?
Yes. I have years of hands-on experience with both Magento 1 and Magento 2: supporting live Magento 1 stores, and migrating them to Magento 2 when the business is ready.

Both.
Can we start with one small task?
Yes. One-off tasks have a fixed price that you know before I start.

Which languages do you work in?
Tasks, statuses and reports live on your own task board, which I set up for you — or in your Jira, Trello or similar if you already have one. You write a task in your language, I reply there in the same language. The short intro call is in English. Everything stays on record, and no call is needed for a single task.
How do I cancel?
Tell me before the next month starts. There are no long-term contracts, and you can also pause a plan for a month without losing your terms.
